It's a scam company. They call me to relocate to the work location. I've left my family, my hometown and relocated to Bangalore. There no POC. If you want any help you'll never get. They will pass you one to another. Most terrible part, after 7days of joining they sent me to Bench without any communication. They did it with other 2new joiners as well. Now none will recommend you to any project neither I'm getting any calls for any project. How it become my headache to find a project here While Accenture hired me!!! It's their responsibility to get me a project. It's pathetic. They play the game to release to bench just after joining, if they would inform me earlier I would hve never join this unorganised organisation...Read More

I still regret my decision to join Accenture.

Dislikes

People at management level have zero knowledge about running a project. No cooperation at all from the leadership. Will swing you from one queue to another multiple times in a month. After leaving also, you won't get your F&f and relieving letter on time. Poor experience overall.
