Salary and the sign on bonus are the only good things here in this company.

Management treat the employees as slave and always wants the employees to work extra hours without extra pay. Also they expect people to attend training session on weekends without extra pay. No leaves are provided. Leave policy is just for name sake. Employees are forced not take breaks and unless you fight daily you won't be able to take breaks.
