Upper position manger behaviour so open up and very motivated specially Mr Swati , he is very dedicated and motivate employees but there are down level management some trainer and TL created some system to harass new employee

My experience has been overshadowed by instances of workplace harassment and unprofessional conduct, directly stemming from Mr. Panda's actions. His behavior towards me has been consistently rude and biased, creating a hostile work environment that is detrimental to both my well-being and productivity. Despite my efforts to address these issues internally, the mistreatment persists, leading me to believe that my concerns are being overlooked. As a victim of his unprofessional behavior, I find it alarming that such conduct is tolerated within a company like Accenture, which prides itself on its values and commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
