Good work environment and company culture. Colleagues are very supportive, there is a huge cafeteria and fitness and gaming arcade for relaxing. The management give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our talents and issues. Salary is completely decent but career growth is very slow.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was a formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.But l learnt more like patience, knowledge about the insurance and claim etc.. Such a wonderful work environment..
