You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

A 9.5 hour shift that too rotational with no Night Shift allowance benefits. Complete Biasedness towards Male employees. Those who do Chaaplusi to higher levels they get promoted easily.They expect us what extra we can offer to the company apart from the 9.5 hours shift. Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join.
