Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
Not like that ..it was wonderful journey...I don't have any dislikes in that company
The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.

My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly...
