Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.
