No work-life balance, skills not valued only people working here for generations will be given preference when it comes to promotion or variables, people in the higher management treat employees as bots and not as resources.l, people unaware of the process are running the process etc.

At times, internal processes can be slow, which may affect career growth and transitions. However, I’ve always tried to stay focused on learning and contributing effectively despite such hurdles.

Insurance coverage is good. I had good work life balance during my previous project. But in the new project, I lost work life balance. Have to be online for 10 hours. Need to inform for taking breaks. Lot of Micromanagement.

Dislikes

No hikes or promotions from 2023. In my current project, Management gives importance to clients, not employees. Too much work pressure. Micro management.
