From working culture to environment. From neatness to security access. From assistance to self service. Everything was great. I did not find any thing to dislike about Accenture.

Company should think about the hard work of their employees. Accenture should think about the dedication of their employees. Everyone is waiting for their end of year hike and it dissappoint me the most. In the name of equal opportunity, I faced discrimination. When we ask for promotion or hike they say that you spent only months in our project how can we give you any of these</mark>. But I want to tell Accenture, that we are employees of Accenture and not of clients. We should always be valuated based on Accenture level and it's criteria. If I get release from one of the project in early time of a year then is that my fault that you cannot consider my profile ahead for moderation in same year just because I spent only 6 months in specially second project. I should always be valuated at Accenture level and moderation shouldn't be only in end of year. Value your employees and their work....Read More

It is great start of my career as fresher if you get chance to work in Accenture is the best choice and opportunity to work.

If i talk in terms of increment it is low after 2years, In start you will get the bonus and increments till 17 % hike but after one promotion you will be stuck for another 2 years.

The overall culture at Accenture is awesome. Appraisal and work life balance depends on individual projects and the management involved therein. But if you prove your worth, you will definitely be rewarded during performance appraisal.

The management of my project is very bad. No action is taken against personal harrassment by the HR as she was close to the management.
