They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.
