Worst company ever total scammer no work life balance,no job sécurity, they will asked you to resign one day without giving prior notice and reason, policies are third class , not paid as per policies not given the Fnf as per discussion , no scope for new skill learning and no chance for improvement, if you rectify glitches and report them for compannies growth you are the culprit as per AVP. No promotion not appraisal at all besides top performer consistently for 5 month not giving incentives too.not giving earned leave converted into salary. One or Two person is leading the company bringing their close friends from Edtech giving them the best opportunities and promoting them and this is true example of nepotism, they will send a mail for Hr discussion n inform you that company is not able to run properly so we have to fire people,leave balances are not credited in FnF, and after you r sign nobody is going to pick your call so that you can ask for your money.
