Worst company ever total scammer no work life balance,no job sécurity, they will asked you to resign one day without giving prior notice and reason, policies are third class , not paid as per policies not given the Fnf as per discussion , no scope for new skill learning and no chance for improvement, if you rectify glitches and report them for compannies growth you are the culprit as per AVP. No promotion not appraisal at all besides top performer consistently for 5 month not giving incentives too.not giving earned leave converted into salary. Everything apart from managers there nothing to learn in the company , less salary very bad worklife balance , incentives and all will be changing in between and we not used to receive properly as well , i have resigned and had served few days of notice period as well but even in notice period they used to torcher me to reach complete and full targets in between notice period my 2nd level manger who just been joined for 5 days asked me to drop a mail for early relieving and i did the same but at the time of receiving Full and Final settlement they reject giving me my F and F stating not serving notice period completely...Read More
