Abhyaz Internship is basically 100% remote internship and also a part-time internship with placement opportunity not just within the organization but also in other companies. Additionally the work experience and hands on experience with tools that I received at Abhyaz is great. At Abhyaz I got to learn and work on Zoho One applications and also I did some real work here which adds to my experience, skills and portfolio. I got to work on tools like Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ chat support, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Recruit etc. which is relevant and helpful for my career goals and future endeavours. The work environment is good here. The faculties are very co-operative, there is a helpcentre for any issues faced by interns as well as employees and there is good internal communication. Dislikes

Interns get only 2 days off during the 3 months duration which not usually but can occassionally cause some trouble for the interns. Not all but some interns may find the stipend provided a bit low. However the benefits of the internship overweigh all these.

Worst experience.......I learn their many new things about abhyaz Moodlecloud LMS hosting and enable the new features, related to troubleshooting, configuration but management is not good, they do not pay single rupees for outstanding outcomes and not even given recommendations as they mentioned in the offer letter, only certificate they provided.......very bad experience.....

The Company work Culture is very worst and they treating interns like their Slave & also no Job Security. Even though they fired the Interns with Silly reasons and Even they wont Provide the internship completion Certificate if they removed from the internship also wont provide the stipend for when we worked until they fired. Even they cant explain the proper work The manager treats very worst and worst. I don't recommend to join here....Read More

1. Everyone is very helpful, especially the mentors who guide each and everyone very well. 2. Positive and competitive work culture. 3. Strong leadership skills are appreciated.

1. Sometimes the goals/skills of the interns/employees might not be aligned with the goals of the company. 2. Virtual office surely leads to lack of communication or miscommunication.
