Initial salary is good and work from home is given to the people from other locations.

Dislikes

1. Day and night becomes same for months and months. 2. Top management provides reduces the estimations to 1/4th of the actual already shrunken estimations which ofcourse is not going to end well but the company thinks otherwise and expects appreciation from everywhere. 3. You cant compain about project execution methodologies to anyone as the ones who should be the guardians are the exact ones who dont want them to be implemented. 4. A few Developers/Testers/Architects/BAs will never say no to anything coming from top management and end up creating their own hierarchy line to become their favourite and give unachievable estimations, ofcourse which makes the rest of the people in the team vulnerable by saying right thing which may hurt Top Mgmt and may get fired or harassed also, these unachievable estimations will not be met by the same people normally forget about the quality. Because of some folks who wants to be the favourite everyone has to work on Weekends, Holidays even on National holidays & in the nights with no exception for months and months. 5. Forget Agile or waterfall methodologies many projects dont have any management methodologies but only harassment methodology. 6. ADO/Jira is seldom used in the org and not even properly that too only to impress the clients....Read More
