When I was working my team was good and work culture was also very good.

Dislikes

From last few months there is modification in management/higher authorities. Now the work culture is very poor and suffocating. Initially they pay the salary timely, however, after few months they delay the payment by saying insufficient money. Then pay partial salary, this way the unpa id salary increases and when one's due salary reached about Rs 50000/- the management expels the employee by creating any reason. Finally they do not the pay the remaining salary. I am facing the same problem....Read More
