Working for this employer has been an extremely disappointing experience. Salaries are regularly withheld without any valid reason, causing financial hardship for employees. The workplace atmosphere is uncomfortable and lacks basic respect or professionalism. There is no proper leave policy in place, and employees' personal needs are disregarded entirely. Job security is nonexistent, with people being fired abruptly and without justification. Instead of creating a supportive work culture, the management relies on threats and intimidation. One of the worst aspects is the HR department, particularly the HR head, who is a relative of the MD. This individual is deeply unethical, frequently holding back employees' and laborers' salaries without explanation. There have even been instances of forgery in cash salary payments for laborers, which is both alarming and unprofessional.
