Likes

Few other staff members are friendly and can take case history of the patient in a comfortable way. Advanced in laser treatment, implants and impaction and surgical case can be seen. Good atmosphere, paintings, aquarium present. Air conditioning and TV present. Sofa for reception area.

Dislikes

I got few cases to do restoration, scaling and extraction, major cases like fixed orthodontic appliance, Impaction, Implants are done by senior dentist. I mostly assist periodontics cases. Less importance given for me compared to other dentists. So felt like leaving job. Not much interested in continuing job there.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
