I worked at 64squares and found the company culture to be quite toxic. The work environment was stressful due to poor management practices.The manager Pramod lacked essential managerial, communication and leadership skills often micromanaging decisions and creating unnecessary workplace tensions and additionally there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect in the way employees especially woman’s where treated....Read More
