The main problem is that it is run by a single rude founder. You would be expected to work long hours without any kind of remuneration, would have to bear continuous arrogance right from the morning. My salary of 2 months have not been paid till date, it's been 2 years, from my resignation. The founder doesn't even answer the calls now and do not even respond to messages at all. A lot of vendor payments are also either not done or done after a delay of 3-4 months, which causes queues at the office and he'll be asking you to continuously delay there payments, causing unnecessary issues with vendors.
