Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Were you go through 3 months of training without any practical work post after training process the claims which takes another 3 months of training with mentoring and flour support . Everything is fine but before moving into this company kindly go through other companies as well in this domain because as per the industry standards the remuneration is less.
