Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you're applying with the reference then apply or else it's just waste of time I would say.
The hr took my first round after that she asked me to wait for 15 minutes, which turned into 2hrs of waiting, after all that waiting for so much time the area manager took my second round then they got disappeared. I was constantly taking follow up with the hr for almost 45 days where she kept telling me the national head is not there in the office that's why your final round is on hold.
After that I stopped taking follow up with her, then all of sudden one day I got an message from the HR, that the area manager wants to meet you please go and meet him in the evening. When I went to the location there the staff said that he's on leave today after which I tried connecting with the HR and as usual she didn't respond to my calls neither message. After getting contact details from store staff I called and met the so called area manager where he again asked me about my work profile and discussed about the role. Later he said my team will get back to you, since then they are updating
The HR is so high that she doesn't even know that the area manager have off on weekend and she told me to go and meet him, and when you try to connect with them they'll never respond to it.

Maybe the company is very good but sad to say there are few people in your organisation who are ruining the name of your brand from which there are 2 people I would say, HR and the area manager who takes care of pune region
