Pantaloons division is more like a start up. But there is immense learning, at the same time little high pressure too.

It's kind of evolving now. The work life balance is not there. Recognitions are way less. Pressure is a bit more compared to competitors.

And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Everything is dislike only, u get less salary, wth high tension job, and the team lead, she never know what we feel in the field, top on that the HR her name is Priya Singh, her job is actually to help employees but what she do u know, she never pick call in one go, if u join u will leave this company after getting first salary it self, take my word.

The rules of the company are very good and the policies that have been made are very good; the staff gets all the facilities.

I told my problem which was happening in the store to the superior behaviour and HR zonal team behaviour and the managers but instead of listening to it, they listened to the manager, that too one-sidedly and I was removed from the company even though I was in dire need of a job. I also wrote an email to the zonal team and complained about it but there was no reply from them either. And then after being removed from the job, after a few days I get a message that your case is being closed...Read More
