ABM , MR nishant from VH brand , played darty politics, and he is okay if north SM,s do integrity also , but i would like to say this is totally crime , my personal experiance, this is the reason i have given my resignation ALSO forcefully.

Odisha cluster is pathetic lots of micro management. Extended streching working hours upto 11 hrs. Be ready to get harrased at any moment.

Pantaloons division is more like a start up. But there is immense learning, at the same time little high pressure too.

It's kind of evolving now. The work life balance is not there. Recognitions are way less. Pressure is a bit more compared to competitors.

Whole lot of politics in Odisha Cluster one person responsible he is Prashant Dwivedy. He only like the person who does oiling buttering and agree to all his nuisance thing's. And regarding office politics, HR departments stands to be one of the worst especially my Area HR, Mr. Tibin Varghese, who takes everything personally and punishes you dearly for it. Pray you don’t get employeed in Kerala region under this HR
