Likes: Puma provides all the training material and taking induction programs, so that the employees gets proper product knowledge and helps easy to sell.
Dislikes: While working in Puma I personally want to they should change there sick leave policies, I observed and I am part of that, I applied for this leaves but SM and ARM do not accepted the leaves.

Likes: Promotion & recognition and management here encourage everyone to go an extra mile.
Dislikes: Employee discount amount, uniform budget, incentive structure, annual bonus & party. Here at puma store employees hardly do any parties.
