Sometime management have to believe in those employees who worked for company very hard and who gave their 100% to grow the company. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst.
