Although the company bears the prestigious Tata name, it feels like none of its values are reflected in the way things are run. The training team works hard on the ground, putting in real effort to improve operations. However, the corporate managers—who seem to sit behind desks—keep introducing new rules daily without understanding the impact. What's more frustrating is the lack of clear leadership. You never know who your actual manager is because too many people are involved in decision-making. The only person who seems genuinely supportive is the Training Head. Unfortunately, the Training Lead lady and Coordinator guy are completely unhelpful. They lack the necessary knowledge and, instead of providing support, they drag you down. Worse yet, they’ll even accuse you of unethical behavior, like taking money, just to find an excuse to get rid of you. In such an environment, it feels like there's no room for growth or success, and the hard work put in by the team is constantly undermined by poor management and petty politics....Read More

It's good to work with tata group because it doesn't give the work pressure but also maintains the work life balance, so that you can focus on other things as well after your job.

Dislikes

Everything has its own pros and cons. Nobody is perfect. But in Tata's matter, there's one dislike that there's always policies and SOPs you have to follow. If you helped anyone beyond going the SOP, then you are wrong.

New thing to learn on daily basis if you are a learner. For experience people they will use till they want and remove you when they don't bu saying we are very ethnical and process should be followed always. That is a loo fall to shake people.
