The company on a global level has generally got employee friendly policies. Salary is good.

In Bangalore, the work culture is horrible. The management is cheap. Gives no value to people. Do not respect work-life boundaries. make people work on weekends without any pay or comp off. Extremely toxic work culture and micromanagement.The management here makes up their own rules and target and harass anyone who speak against them. Many people have left the organization without even having a backup job offer due to the toxic work culture here. The management lacks any kind of vision. They do not know how to plan and implement even the smallest of things. Their tech is horrible.doesnt the basic best practices in coding or design.Most of the developers are from service companies like Infosys. Work satisfaction is zero and there's no opportunity to learn or progress. The place is filled with politics and unhealthy competition. Their CTO was and a senior director in the US was let go for being involved in unethical activities last year. Bunch of people who were hired by these people still exist in the organisation and continue to make the work culture here horrible...Read More

Used to be a great workplace till 2023 but now ruined completely by the arrogant, madman CEO. He wants to run the company like an angry principal who rusticates students over school attendance. you need to be present all 4 days at office or else your job is in danger. Recently there was a massive uproar against the CEO on global all-hands and the very next day all of them received warning from HR. Tech leadership has no authority on anything, they're just puppets who self proclaim them as "leaders". Even if you need to WFH for a day, you need to beg to HR and completely at their mercy. The India site leader is the most incompetent piece of clown I've ever seen. For months and years employees did not have enough seats, parking space and other basic amenities and this guy ran his circus with his monkeys....Read More
