Due Centralised HR and compensation policies, few Directors and Managers from companies like wipro,infy etc dont get a chance to play favouritism (which is common in services industry), annual wellness week off is good. Global HR policies are good otherwise Directors and india HR would have ruined these as well. Some teams like PICCtweak flex week, annual PTO other policies unconstitutionally and forces team to follow....Read More

Service industry level micromanagement by Directors in teams like scpt, planning, picc etc.US headquarters ignores indian setup and everyday 10PM-1AM calls, even Directors are treated like tech leads by US. 4 days mandatory work from office in an office not fit for any collaboration is pathetic.
