Nike is the top brand in sports. So am very much proud to say that am a part of Nike. All our team members are well-trained by the Trainers of Nike head quarters.

Dislikes

Management (UAE) decisions are totally annoying the employees. No increment, no appraisal, no promotions, even the store managers, deputy managers are not giving any support to their store staffs. (its all about the UAE )

Nike is no. one is sport wear.Working is Nike feel me proud and the working environment is very good.Managers and upper level management are kind and humble.They are alqays be there for our support where we needed.

Dislikes

Training and skill department is not good.There should be more training shaff should have.Yearly appraisel should be there for staff motivations depend upon their performance base.
