What is a good salary for my experience?

What should be the salary expectation in Pune working in FP&A with 7 years of experience, 2.5 years in audit & assurance, and 4 .5 years in FP&A? Is 45 lacs too much or just right? Is it necessary to grind through some time in a listed company? I enjoy working in private limited as it gives me the flexibility and also a flat structure with more experience? I feel there is much rigor in a limited company for nothing. There are obviously set systems but is it a much needed experience?

Just resigned from my first job, and now I’m stuck in a mess. Every month, ₹2400 was deducted from my salary for PF, but when I checked the EPF portal surprise. My organization is listed as a trust, meaning it's exempt. But where did my money go? I have my salary slips as proof, yet my Full & Final Settlement is still pending, and HR is conveniently ignoring my emails. Recently I got job offer from 2 company one is peer review associate at Chennai 22 k salary and 17 k take home i have take care my accomodation, food and another one is product specialist at laboratory equipment company WFH 12 k sallary till 6 months of training and said later based on performance it may varry . Now when we look at the point of money related I feel like product specialist saves my money , incase of peer review I have to spend for accomodation, food , travelling,and my expenses. In the view Of career I feel like both have good growth. Now I'm bit confused,kindly give your opinion, and do share your experience if you have been in any of these role

Salary Negotiation or a Crime?

Why do some HRs act like negotiating salary is an unforgivable sin? Got selected for a new role, going through the onboarding process, and I simply asked them to reassess my offer based on my latest increment letter. You know, something completely normal in the professional world. Next thing I know, the HR manager is calling me unprofessional for even bringing it up. Excuse me? Since when is wanting fair compensation a crime? It almost makes me wonder do they get a bonus for every LPA they manage to shave off a new hire’s salary? Because the way they react, you’d think I just insulted their entire lineage. Negotiation is a standard part of hiring. Companies expect employees to give their 100%, but when it comes to paying fairly, suddenly we’re the bad guys? Someone explain this logic to me.

Im from Kolkata i wanted to do CFA but with family issues couldnt do it with my college now ihave a job in marketing that pays only 25k

I wanted to do cfa with college but couldnt with family issues after covid i was so eager to leave the house and get exposure that i took up a job that was of very low pay of 15k with no perks. At that time i didn't realize my mistake of settling for too less that to in a marketing job. Now its almost 3 yrs and my salary is 26k which is also too low as there are no other benefits still. Im wondering if its ok to start CFA now at the age of 25 will i get jobs after such a huge break that too in finance after marketing. Is this salary settling and okay and i should try focusing on marketing itself.Im scared to even change jobs as i still dont have any valid degree to show marketng skills and nor this job gives an holistic dynamic marketing approach please suggest im really confused
