SME role offer
I've been working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at a mid-size company for 2.4 years, with a package of 6.75 LPA (5.25 LPA fixed and 1.5 LPA variable). I'm considering a job switch but haven't received any strong offers yet. My current employer has offered me an SME role with a 30% salary hike. Should I take this offer or continue looking for external opportunities? Also, if anyone can refer me for roles in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, it would be greatly appreciated.

Take this offer with both hands at the same time keep an eye out for anything better externally. If you get a 30% hike on papers, the switch will be over this new salary so good in all senses.

I’ve decided to take the opportunity. Even though I was initially hesitant about taking on such a significant role at a young age, I believe my skills have prepared me well for this challenge. Thank you all for the support!
