Which path to choose
Recently I got job offer from 2 company one is peer review associate at Chennai 22 k salary and 17 k take home i have take care my accomodation, food and another one is product specialist at laboratory equipment company WFH 12 k sallary till 6 months of training and said later based on performance it may varry . Now when we look at the point of money related I feel like product specialist saves my money , incase of peer review I have to spend for accomodation, food , travelling, and my expenses.
In the view Of career I feel like both have good growth.
Now I'm bit confused, kindly give your opinion, and do share your experience if you have been in any of these role

Hmm, a classic dilemma! It's like choosing between a steady paycheck and a risky adventure. Do consider factors like long-term career goals, financial stability, and personal preferences.

In case of any dilemma, I always create a chart of Pros and Cons with all the options. Give some marks for each point I want to consider and mark all options out of maximum marks for each points. The option with maximum marks wins.
Below should be points of consideration:
1. Which profile is more suited to you and better for your long term goal.
2. Which company is better among both in term of company culture and policy.
3. Whether you want to live with your family in your hometown with WFH or you want to explore the world by stepping outside.
4. Your priorities in terms of friends, family, GF or any other closed one.
and many more as per your own personal views.
My suggestion - In early phase of your career, go out and explore the world. That experience is much more important than just your work experience.

That's a tough one! Both roles have their perks. If you value immediate financial security and a structured work environment, the peer review role might be a good fit

"I think the Peer Review Associate role is a great opportunity. It offers immediate financial stability, a structured work environment, and the chance to learn from experienced professionals. Plus, it's a good stepping stone for a career in quality assurance or regulatory affairs

I'd lean towards the Product Specialist position. The flexibility of working from home, common guys!
