My office is based in gurugram Cyber City. I am expert in highway design along with dynamo automation and I am having a compensation package of 9.5Lpa. I want to ask shall I switch to another MNC for salary growth or not ?

I am highway Design Engineer working in MNC, I am having 4+ years of experience in highway geometric design using Civil 3d.

Build robust software and ensure quality through collaboration with software, QA, and testing professionals.

Engineering - Software & QA

I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??

Career Growth

I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future.. 

I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

Now i got an offer from KPMG global where they offered me 1425000 fixed.

I'm qualified chartered accountant with 1 year of experience in statutory audit at Deloitte.

Sure, you have people around, flatmates, coworkers, friends....and family is just a call away. But still, it can get incredibly quiet, and sometimes the noise inside your head becomes overwhelming.

How do you cope with that?

P.S. I live with family now, so there's always some drama going on....But I’ve lived alone before, so I know what it feels like.

Also, I’m not sure if this is what loneliness feels like, or if it’s something closer to depression?
