Currenty have 15years experience working in Chemical/Petrochemical industry at a Japanese MNC mainly handling sales coordination, international logistics & all back office operation work, Sap entries, etc. Finding a suitable job at Kolkata with this domain is really impossible? Am trying for last 1 year but not received a single offer beyond my current CTC @ 9lakh.Pls help to understand what I am lacking??

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. 
Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. 

My PF alone will cover 80C
Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS
My HRA is around 25K per month (300000)
Health insurance for family 28000
Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately)
I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Sure, you have people around, flatmates, coworkers, friends....and family is just a call away. But still, it can get incredibly quiet, and sometimes the noise inside your head becomes overwhelming.

I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future.. 

I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

Career Advice

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.

My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. 
With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.

Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.
