Just resigned from my first job, and now I’m stuck in a mess. Every month, ₹2400 was deducted from my salary for PF, but when I checked the EPF portal surprise. My organization is listed as a trust, meaning it's exempt. But where did my money go?
I have my salary slips as proof, yet my Full & Final Settlement is still pending, and HR is conveniently ignoring my emails. I don’t want to let this slide, but I’m not sure what the next step should be.
Has anyone faced this before? Do I file a complaint somewhere? Any guidance would be a lifesaver!

PF Deducted, But No Employer Contribution? What Now?

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.

Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??

I have got an offer of 34 LPA from TCS and Capgemini .
I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

Day to Day Office

I’ve been working at a small startup for the past 3 years, with just 3 other employees and my boss. I sit right in front of her, and over time, we became close, almost like siblings. I automated a lot of my tasks, so my work became pretty straightforward...I just input some variables here and there, and I’m done. Over the last year, my boss started asking me how I did all of that, and she wanted to learn it herself. Since we were so friendly, I didn’t think much of it and happily taught her everything I knew. This morning, she sat me down and told me that to cut costs, she needed to let me go and take over my role. She asked if I’d be willing to do a once a year consulting gig to check her work. I didn’t really know how to respond. She said it kindly, so I stayed calm and matched her tone, but now I feel like I’ve made a mistake, and I’m left without a job.

I trained my manager and now she no longer needs me.
