New tax regime
Hi, my infosys offer is 10.7 including 10% variable pay. As per new budget 2025 what will be my inhand salary. Please share I'm new to this and they mentioned no tax till 12 lpa

Bhai taxes can be such a headache at first but since you're under ₹12L you’re safe from tax for now. Just keep an eye on that variable pay as it might get taxed differently. Have you checked how they handle it at Infosys?

If your total salary is 10.7L and there's no tax till 12L, it means you’re in the tax-free bracket! Your in-hand will mostly be around 85k-90k per month.
