My Current salary is low in comparison to the company slab for my position/Grade.
I recently switched 2 months back from a small company to a new MNC. My current organization grade is 4 and slab ranges from 10 to 22 lpa for grade 4. Now my previous salary was 4.6 lpa and the current is 11.68 lpa. I know it's a great hike. Still I am feeling bad cause of the same position people who work exactly the same getting more. My current experience is 3 years. I even talked with my manager and no result for that. What should I do?

Higher package to new-comer, how to handle
The title says it all. I feel stuck in my company because I lack confidence in my tasks. Reason? Unlike other junior employees, I don't have a team to train, and my manager takes a long time to review my work. Second thing, Recently, I saw a job posting for a junior position offering a higher salary than mine. When I asked HR about it, he confirmed it was for our company and mentioned that I might receive a similar salary after the next appraisal cycle. I am frustrated now. And I've been applying for jobs for a year but haven't had any success. How to deal with this situation.

Appraisal
I joined this company as a fresher software engineer. My work involves full-stack development, including advanced-level Angular (with NgRx, signals, etc.) for the frontend, Spring Boot for the backend, and MS-SQL for procedures. I started with a salary of ₹3 LPA (monthly in-hand ₹20,400 after deductions) and have been working at the same salary for the past 1 year and 8 months. Now, for my first appraisal, the company has decided to give me a 15% hike, increasing my in-hand salary to just ₹23,500. Is this the industry standard for someone with nearly 2 years of extensive experience? For context, our company is a product-based startup catering to the apparel manufacturing industry. Am I underpaid? What is the average salary range I can expect for a similar role with similar experience?
