Suggestions on switch
I joined a top MNC digital marketing agency in December 2024 as a Paid Social Associate with 1 year of experience. My CTC is 3 LPA, plus a shift allowance of 72K. Unfortunately, I didn’t negotiate my salary, which I now regret. I need suggestions on the switch and how much should I ask, currently in my role people getting almost 5 LPA

If salary growth is your goal also look at performance marketing roles kyuki they often pay higher than just social media ads
