Should i leave my company for money or WFH?
i have recently joined a USA based startup which recently started a tech team in india with a hybrid but I don't like my team and how the managers and PO don't have any idea about things. I am getting a salary of 40L fixed and bonus over and above this, i have 4.5 years of exp any idea which companies i should target and how much i can get also claw back on joining bonus for 12 months. Its been only 4-5 months.
please suggest what should i do?

Dude, 40L is great, but if the vibe’s off and you’re unhappy, look for a better company with a good culture—shoot for 45-50L+ in places like Amazon or startups. Just be ready to return some bonus, but it's worth it if you’re not growing where you are.

Tough choice between decent pay and a messy team or chasing WFH bliss.🤔🤔 With 4.5 years of experience and 40L salary, maybe look for companies with a better vibe and solid WFH setups.

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here.
