Job switch advice 🤔

Program manager Chennai YOE 7 Started by career as project manger in OEM and continuing I feel like I need to switch to improve my skills and due to personal reasons also I feel I maintain a decent profile with relevant skills for PM(completed my PMP recenlty) yet I'm not receiving calls as expected Not sure about the reason is it the market situation or my profile. Need advice/views/links

Yaar the market is tough right now, and sometimes even a strong profile doesn’t guarantee quick responses. It could be a mix of things – maybe competition, high demand for specific skills, or simply the timing of your job search. Stay persistent, and the right role will come up!

hmmm..🤔🤔You may be aiming at companies or roles that don't match your profile exactly. Make sure you’re looking at organizations that value your experience in OEM and project management. Also, consider looking into newer sectors or startups that might appreciate your diverse skill set.
