What's considered a good salary for a 25 yr old with 3 years of exp?
Regardless of the career domain, profile, gender, location and work discipline what would you consider as a "good" salary for a 30 yr old in India?
Also, don't ask me to define good,
good means what would you feel is okay, is justified and a decent amount to make your family feel proud.

I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
