Current CTC - 9.25LPA + 75K varriable.
Working Skillset is Kubernetes and Openstack.
Current - 100% WFH

1. NTT Data- Noida
Hybrid
CTC -18 LPA + 2.5L variable.

what is current value in market for Kubernetes skillset?
How can I negotiate to get better offer?

I have got an offer of 34 LPA from TCS and Capgemini .
I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. Hello,

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.
