Worked for Vodafone UK process, at the beginning the process was with FIS and I was very much happy there and after the process was outsourced to TP I only had bad experiences. The worst experience is their policy.

1-Salary is always received on time. 2-If you work on a festival, you will be compensated with a day of leave. 3-If you work on the national holidays like Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) extra amount will be given for that day. 4-Mediclaim policy is provided by the employer after deducting small amount.

Dislikes

1-The work pressure is very high, A Negative work environment, Working Hours longer than usual. 2-The company does not give any kind of bonus and rewards on the festivals. 3-A very complex appraisal policy. 4-No Session or activities conduct by the (EC) to the employees for their mental health. 5-Lunch break will not given as per you wish, you have to take the lunch break as per the strict schedule or supervisor. 6-Managers are more focused on office politics than work. 7-A favorite employee is given preference over a capable employee, You will get promotion only if you are the manager's favorite, this is the reason why capable employees are not able to get promotion here. 8-Higher level never like to hear ''NO'' from you here, For ex. if you have a holiday and if an employee takes leave without informing to your team leader, then you will have to work in his place even on you holiday. 9-You are not given any exception even if you are ill, and the employee care (EC) only listen to the superiors here, agents are hardly supported. 10-There is no transparency in the HR policy, agents will always get threats of being terminate from work in the name of policy. 11-Higher level put pressure on you to meet (KPI) targets and force you to do unethical activities, due to which your job will always be at risk. 12-You will not get any technical help from the IT staff, it is the supervisors who take the decisions and terminate employees. 13-Many times there has been a delay in marking attendance by the managers, due to which the employee has to suffer financially.

I don't know about the company but i believe it will be good but I know about my team and that is the worst team i have ever worked with.. the team leader is so biased that if you butter her then she will allow u uncountable half days, uncountable break and if you finish ur break then she will give you tl break and numerous benifits bit if you fail you butter her or do as she says then she will intentionally haras you like cancel your 2 months before planned leaves, throwing water on your face or intentionally asking every other employees not to talk to you and if they talk to you then she will also do the same to you.

...any things from here, this company is best for freshers. Training was very good. Salary package is good also

People are not supportive, not a single person if we have any isse we share with TL and AM they don't listen also company doesn't have system for agent still they are hiring new employees, system, mouse headphones everything is worst here, i am gonna leave this company soon.
