Partiality between male and female staff. For the girls there is no cab KM range, they can pick at any place but, for the male staff they fixed the KM range that they are struggling and it's impact on their work life or even mental health.

The seniors are very supportive and you will learn from them in a good and positive way

Salary hike is very less and appraisal cycle is also not so good and even bonus is less and you you get very less allownce for night shifts too

I feel secured working at HCL Technologies. Although salary is not as per satisfactory but rest all things such as work culture, career growth and MNC feel are amazing.

Only good thing about the company is salary on time and job security. Leaving these two there is nothing good about the company, no compensation or benifits, calling office just for fun when whole of process can be done work from home, no cab facilities in Lucknow, no growth or development, and forget about the increment and promotion. It's only the brand and nothing good about this.

It's just a brand, that earns money by the work we do. If in a process HCL get 1 lakh per month for a employee , then they will be giving 20-25k to the employee and rest they will be taking .
