Nothing as such, but for freshers, they do provide a good salary

...when we have to go through the same process again and again once in the company. Also, note you can be rejected at this point and move to a different low-level process with a salary difference of 5000 to 7000. Some of my friends were removed from Adobe. Then they will take you, the client, round, then mock calls and chat after some days and then nesting, and even if you fail to perform in any of these rounds you're out. Point to note: 1. Security Checking is like you're not trustworthy, in each gate you will be scanned and checked. 2. Locker will be provided, where you have to keep your belonging including your phone, bags, etc. this locker is either on the ground floor or in the basement, and guess what you will not be able to check your phone in the entire shift as it is a task to go to the lockers in a short break. Also, the building has only 2 lifts which sometimes work and sometimes don't. 3. Training manager named Mukesh is so arrogant that it reflects on his face, he will show you that he is the boss here and will treat you like a slave or some beggar 4. Once you're on the floor, you'll realize that it is a BPO and call center job and nothing like technical. 5. Free food but you will get sick if you have it for a week, please avoid it, just have the dessert :P 6. The infrastructure is not like an MNC, you'll feel that is some kind of domestic office. 7. No phone allowed on the floor so you won't be able to keep a check on your loved one at home. 8. No holidays on puja and no celebration of any sort. Advice to the Company: 1. We are employees, so a little trust and respect would be appreciated. 2. Let employee carry their phone, as it is an important items these days. We also have family and there could be an emergency at our place in case something happens will TP take responsibility? We understand that there are confidentiality issues, but what happened during WFH we all had our phones with us all the time, did anyone leak the data? We love our work as it brings food to our table so TP and other companies need to understand this. 3. Maintain Cleanliness and make quick fixes to you r lifts and toilets. We still have to go to other floors for short toilet as the toilet in our floor is still under maintenance for the last 3 months Thank you all for reading, do a little more research on TP and then join, don't waste your time here is my say.

I loved the process. The salary package is okay for initial stage. The foods and travel is free. It helps lot of people. Overall it is a nice place to work with.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is really very good but work load and all experience is depend on in which process you are working for. Facilities provided by intelenet are woww..but you need to work under pressure,you should give your exact 8 hours of log in.

There is nothing to be liked in Teleperformance indore .

Dislikes

...mance indore since a year and still the company is unable to stable the process. Always unnecessary salary deductions, flatters are promoted, no hygiene even R.O water is not available, worst management. Eventually the company is doing fraud, 6days working, no cabs, no refreshers available even in international campaign.
