There will be too many test in training and if you clear all of them and join production then you can have a secure job.

NO growth opportunities. NO to minimum hike or appraisal in salary (max is 5% if you are an exceptional performer). Too much politics. Middle and Upper management only gives growth opportunities to those who are their favorite employees. NO work life balance as you can be asked to extend your shift or work on your WO anytime and you can't say no. OT is not an option but an mandatory requirement and OT amount is quite less (Rs. 100-200/per hour) based on process. NO Learning There is Teleperformance focus on their own training program which is how to have happy customers or employees, but none of these learning programs are useful as it has no real scenario handling or skills. They only show you perfect scenario on how to treat a customer or your employee but that does not happen.

Dislikes

No work life balance (they expect you to work 15hrs straight without extra pay) No reward only reprimand (top management's policy) 0% job security - you would lose your job anytime. Don't even think about appraisal. 😅

Compensation is not decent as compared to other buddies. I have to work for 10 -12 hours straight as other team leaders not reporting on time.manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.my experience and hard work mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. I have observed favouritism which is pain part at TP
