Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

TCS is best no other company beat TCS work culture and security especially for girls is very good

TCS is best but when we talk about promotion and salary expectation it's not worthy.for freshers very less salary

Salary and appraisal will always be less then average but work heavly depend on project. If you get bad project you will be working 12 13 h in a day with no learning and minimal salary

Appraisal and salary hike is super difficult, if you have worked for product company previously then definitely you wont like tcs for some reasons. Try to join tcs at the time you wanna get stability in life. 3 month of notice period could be a hurdle for you to find a new job

Working at TCS has been good, but for the last 3 years, I’ve had no salary growth or promotions. The project experience has been awful, and I’ve only experienced anxiety and depression due to the unprofessional and humiliating behavior from my team lead and manager. Their lack of respect and manners is unacceptable
