Salary is not satisfactory Pressure is alot even for a small task Sometimes salary gets deducted and NSA is also not given for about more than 3 months Reliving letter is not been given to the employees for more than 6months after resignation which tortures alot

...ne was new there and seriously how they managed the process it was so terrible.. always impossible targets are given and for that we were forced to overtime without pay and no holidays on indian public holidays and not even on US public holidays..we were given only holidays approved by client on their special occasion and this is not sufficient to suffer the employees the management was totally working under the shoe of client and don't even trying to put the real condition of the work in front of client so anything can be compromised or made better..only just pressurized the employees and the pilot process is of the healthcare for managing claims and denials hardly stayed for only 1 year...and the process was ramped down...and till then those employees who stayed and managed to bear that torcher are now struggling for another jobs and those who left because of the poorest management are not allowed to join TCS back.. like seriously ?? Even if it was not employee issue... employee still can't rejoin the company...this company i believe just running on the name of Sir Ratan Tata ji... But when he will look into the other segments of business and employees life balance...they will seriously through out the poor management first...because i belive the employees are the biggest asset of the company....no company can stand by without the hardworking employees or the loyal ones.. sorry but my experience was so bad. In particular domain and process not talking about all the domains and processes TCS working.

If you don't want to grow then you may enjoy doing work at whatever profile. If you are thinking about your growth or salary satisfaction sorry bro it's not for them.

No, because TCS is a good company But there is part of TCS BPS where people have to struggle alot to get promotion . Because there we get no bonus not fun activity no extra activities you can do except work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
