Low salary and management really don't care about you as they only appraise those people who always just try to show that they have lots of work and most of the chances given to female employees without any reason.

The company is very good for the work related to IT fields but nothing to be expected from Non IT jobs.

There is specific project u will be working on.. it would change according to the requirement of the client and the pay is very much low compared with other companies.

...e best street side people whom you can meet be smart and do fake productions , Before the accquisition done by Cognizant it was just a local company Medfin ,suddenly after the accquisition old peoples salary got doubled and from local buses they got cabs home pickup and drop and you will see them at the top of world and those old people there know all tricks to do fakeproductions and all new will have to do quality production,and they will never let you grow , MEDFIN IND PVT LTD(CTS OWNED) IS THE WORST COMPANY IN KOLKATA ,PLEASE DO NOT JOIN ,ALL ROADSIDE PEOPLE THERE THEY WILL JUST EAT UP ALL YOUR DREAMS YOU WILL GET TRAPPED , BUT IF YOU GET COGNIZANT DIRECT PROCESSES JOIN IT ,COGNIZANT IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY ,YOU WILL LOVE WORKING IN CTS

As I said join COGNIZANT CORE ,BUT NOT MEDFIN INDIA PVT LTD ,THERE PEOPLE ALL OF A SUDDEN HAVE GOT SUCCESS AND NOW ARE AT TOP OF THE WORLD ,SUDDENLY FROM PVT LTD BENEFITS TO A MNC BENEFITS ,FROM JHAL MURI TO CHICKEN WINGS TRANSITION,THEY WILL NOT EVEN GIVE YOU PROPER TRAINING ,AND WILL EXPECT YOU YO WORK LIKE A PRO ,AND THE TRAINER BISWAS IF HE GETS A NEW GIRL HE WILL TRY TO MAKE HER GIRLFRIEND AND HE EVEN DOES NOT HAVE CLEAR IDEA ON HOW TO WORK WHAT WILL HE GIVE TRAINING ,WORTHLESS JOINNING MEDFIN ,IF YOU ARE FRESHER WAIT FOR NEXT CHANCE BUT NOT CTS IF IT IS MEDFIN ,IF YOU GET CORE CTS JOIN THEN NO PROBLEM. Actually cognizant is good nd trusty worthy company but coming to work, culture, holidays, salary etc.. It all depends on the process ur working on. If ur into IT SECTOR I think u vl have good enough package and benifits But coming to NON IT u may have lot of pressure. And in this covid situation cognizant has paid salaries even for the people who were not working since 5 months that is a great part of my company tq.
