It's a government cleark job with very less salary , no chance for skill development and if you are willing to work then also there is jit much good project available.

Poor association management ,less salary , no chance to get into a development project.very less opportunity to showcase your skill

Job security is on top. Learning and certifications are always available. You can move to the project for which you have gained skills and certifications. Mental peace and zero pressure. Great Medical benefits.

Compensation is not at par at market Yearly appraisals are not good Work life balance is no more at TCS

1) Job security 2) lot of learning opportunities 3) less work pressure 4) Transport facility and guard facilitiy for female employees at night. 5) almost every technology related projects are available. 6) onsite opportunity are there for deserving and skilled employees.

Dislikes

1) very low salary hike. 2) no meal facility 3) release from one project to another is a difficult process. 4) team outting and potluck culture is dependent on project and teams only. 5) lot of compliance and security policies make small work time consuming.
